Job Title: Food Production Operative

We are seeking an experienced Food Production Operative to join our team at Proman. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for processing and packing high-quality pork and beef products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing and packing pork and beef products to meet customer specifications
  • Order picking and packing for single or bulk orders
  • Hygiene work, including cleaning and maintaining equipment
  • Light butchery work, including cutting and trimming pork and beef
  • Working as part of a team to meet production targets
  • Flexible approach to working hours, including overtime and weekend shifts

Benefits:

  • Overtime paid at time and a half (up to £18.00 per hour)

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in food production or a related industry
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently
  • Flexible approach to working hours and overtime

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 5:45am - 2:40pm or 14:15pm - 23:10pm, with regular overtime opportunities available.

Pay:

£12.00 per hour, with overtime paid at time and a half (up to £18.00 per hour).
