Kitchen Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organised and skilled Kitchen Operations Supervisor to join our team at Robinwood Activity Centre Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our kitchen, ensuring that all aspects of food preparation and service meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of cooks to ensure efficient food preparation and service
  • Manage inventory and supplies to maintain optimal levels
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in cooking and team supervision
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in culinary arts or related field

Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £27,934 per annum, plus benefits including free food when working and a profit bonus based on the centre's performance.
