Job Title: Junior Finance Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Finance Analyst to join our team at Page Personnel Finance. As a Junior Finance Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering financial management and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing project finance reporting requirements, ensuring timely submission of claims, invoices, and reports.
  • Provide analytical support to Finance Business Partners, helping Budget Holders and Project Leads achieve accurate planning and forecasting.
  • Monitor project costs, investigate variances, and provide regular updates to Finance Business Partners.
  • Support the external audit of claim submissions and maintain the finance project register.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring queries are addressed promptly.
  • Support the Finance team during busy periods and provide absence cover when required.
Requirements:
  • Basic experience in a finance role, with strong data and Excel skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently, manage workload, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
