Support Staff Member for Post 16 Students

CV-Library is seeking a highly motivated Support Staff Member for Post 16 Students to join our client school in Ashington. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting students aged 16 and above in their academic and personal growth.
About the JobYour primary responsibilities will include assisting teachers in delivering engaging lessons, providing one-on-one support to students, and creating a positive and inclusive learning environment. You will also be required to support students with their coursework, helping them to develop study skills and achieve their goals.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you must have prior experience in supporting post-16 students. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with all members of the school community.
