About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Health Care Assistant to join our team working in the Oncology/Haematology department. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be competent in delivering clinical observations and tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist nursing staff with patient care, including taking vital signs and administering medications
• Maintain accurate records of patient information and observations
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements:
• Significant experience in a healthcare setting as a nursing assistant
• Completion of the Care Certificate or relevant experience
• Educated to GCSE grade C or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
