About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Senior Recruiter to join our team at Interaction - Leeds. As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing recruitment team, delivering exceptional results and driving business growth.

Main Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of recruitment consultants, focusing on their development and performance
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, ensuring a high volume of quality applications
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and excellent customer service

Requirements
- Proven track record of success in recruitment, with a strong understanding of the industry and market trends
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects
