As a Shared Lives carer, you will use your own home and daily life to provide support to individuals with eligible needs.

What We Offer

  • Significant tax incentives, including £18,140 per household per year and £450 per person supported per week (up to a maximum of 3 people) tax-free
What to Expect

You will work with a client who will live with you and your household, with their own room.

There are several different options for providing support, and this role can work around childcare, having another job, or as an additional household income.
