Night Care Team Lead

**About the Role**
A Night Senior Carer at a care home will look after the diverse needs of residents to deliver quality, person-centred care and support. This role involves supervising a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager and supporting the clinical team in areas like medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews.
Residents' dignity and preferences are paramount, as is creating a warm, welcoming environment. You should have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care and specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. We're looking for compassionate individuals committed to providing individualised care and support.
