As a result of continued growth and internal progression, we are seeking a driven and motivated Buying Assistant to support the Buyer in developing and managing new and existing product ranges in a fast-paced and creative environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a career starter to jumpstart their buying career and grow within the department.

The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to the buyer and wider buying team as required, raise purchase orders, manage them from placement to delivery, maintain and update company databases and systems with product data, communicate and negotiate with suppliers worldwide, adhere to stated policies and procedures, and possess computer literacy with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects is essential.

We offer a competitive salary, $40,000 - $60,000 per annum, plus benefits including a company pension, enhanced maternity leave, on-site parking, sick pay, employee discount, and a comprehensive induction and training program.
