CEO - Youth Moves Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Chief Executive Officer to lead Youth Moves, a grass roots youth work charity, as it embarks on an exciting new chapter with the opening of '224' - South Bristol's very own Youth Zone.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the construction of the new state-of-the-art building and leading the organisation through a period of significant growth, from approximately 20 staff to over 70, while maintaining existing vital youth work provision.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working with the Chairperson and Board to develop and implement the Youth Zone strategy and plan.
- Generating and delivering a robust funding plan to ensure the Youth Zone operates with an appropriate level of reserves.
- Playing an active role in fundraising efforts as a key figurehead and high-profile figure in the campaign.
- Establishing a clear vision and inspiring the team to deliver a wide range of activities for young people in South Bristol and surrounding areas.
- Providing clear leadership and direction.
- Working with other service providers, community, and youth sector partners to generate added benefits for young people.
- Demonstrating the OnSide Youth Zones Network Values and having a clear commitment to Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion.
The ideal candidate will have strong people skills, a clear vision, and the ability to lead Youth Moves into a new era of impact and scale, while maintaining the core values that the organisation is built upon.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Chief Executive to take on a new challenge and lead a dynamic organisation through a period of significant growth and change.
