We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Domestic Services Coordinator to join our team at Brighterkind. As a key member of our domestic services department, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout our homes.

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that all areas of the home are clean, tidy, and well-maintained, including communal spaces and resident rooms
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of domestic staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and rotas to meet the needs of the home and its residents
  • Manage stock levels and order supplies as needed, ensuring that the home has sufficient resources to maintain high standards of cleanliness
  • Work closely with other departments, such as laundry and maintenance, to ensure seamless delivery of services
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work independently and as part of a team. You should also be highly organized, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

You will need to be willing to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, and be able to adapt to changing circumstances as needed.
