Volunteer Roles at Vast Services: Investing in Communities

We are seeking volunteers to assist us in our retail operations at Springfields Retail Park. Our volunteers play a vital part in helping us to sort, price, and display our donated items, as well as providing excellent customer service to our customers.

Key Volunteer Roles:

  • Media Volunteer – Music and Entertainment: Assist our team in sorting, pricing, researching, and displaying donations of games, DVDs, and music.
  • Volunteer Sales Assistant: Engage with customers, provide excellent customer service, and help to maintain a welcoming shopping environment.
  • Book Volunteer: Help to keep our book section organized, priced, and displayed, ensuring that customers can easily find the books they need.
  • Volunteer Jewellery & Accessories Specialist: Select, price, and create displays of our donated items, helping customers to find the perfect piece.
  • Volunteer Key Holder: Assist with opening and closing the store, restocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and safe shopping environment.
  • Drivers Mate: Accompany our drivers on collections and deliveries, helping with manual handling and transporting goods.
