About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our Primary Care team at HMP Pentonville, a category B prison located in London.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference to the lives of our patients and contribute to the delivery of high-quality healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality patient care, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of patients with a range of health conditions.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive healthcare services.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the needs of patients.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of healthcare policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse with a valid UK nursing registration.
  • Postgraduate qualification in Advanced Nursing Practice or equivalent.
  • Experience of working in a primary care or prison healthcare setting.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
