About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Subcontract Management Lead to join our team in Templecombe. As a Subcontract Management Lead, you will be responsible for managing sub-contracted suppliers within a specified Thales bid, product or project.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Full responsibility for the management of sub-contracted Supplier(s) within a specified Thales bid, product or project, with regular direct contact with Supplier(s).
  • The opportunity to develop and deliver complex, high risk, high value equipment or services.
  • Sub-contract management with various inputs through the end-to-end life cycle (e.g. development – bid – contract – execution).

This role offers a salary of £1 million per annum, which includes a competitive base salary and a variable compensation plan bonus. You will also benefit from a comprehensive benefits package, including 27 days annual leave + 1 company day + UK public holidays as well as the opportunity to volunteer up to 3 days to support local charities/communities in which we work.
