Note: A clean drivers license and ability to pass a CRB check are required for this role.

Job Purpose:

To perform planned and unplanned hydraulic and mechanical work on engineering hydraulic equipment, ensuring high levels of serviceability for our clients.

Duties:
  1. Carry out planned preventative maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repairs of hydraulic equipment.
  2. Load testing and certification of jacks, ensuring safe operation, and initial inspection of new jacks.
  3. Conduct all work safely, supervising contractors on site.
  4. Respond to service requests from clients, driving to and locating equipment for PPM or repair.
  5. Track multiple jobs simultaneously, keeping line manager and client informed.
  6. Effectively communicate work order progress to customers and team members, informing line manager of any issues.
  7. Work as part of a team of 17 employees, providing high levels of customer service.
  8. Complete all work order administration accurately.
