About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mobile User Acquisition Lead to join our team at Betway Group. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive user acquisition and growth for our mobile app.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement mobile user acquisition strategies across paid and organic channels
  • Grow our mobile app user base in line with company goals and objectives
  • Manage and optimize campaigns across multiple platforms, markets, and products
  • Lead the setup and delivery of global campaigns, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives
  • Manage and optimize app store fronts and ASO strategy
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with the product team to ensure seamless app releases and product development
  • Identify and negotiate new partnerships and platforms to drive user acquisition
  • Manage and mentor junior team members to ensure their growth and development

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in app marketing, with a strong focus on user acquisition and growth
  • Expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a track record of delivering on time and within scope
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring high standards of quality in all outputs
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and priorities, maintaining effectiveness in dynamic situations
  • Strong hands-on experience across Google UAC, Apple Search Ads, and mobile ad networks
  • Strong experience running and optimizing successful performance campaigns on mobile in a competitive sector
  • Strong experience on ASO across both App store and Google Play
  • Direct hands-on experience with app tracking solutions and MMPs such as Appsflyer
  • Hands on experience with Firebase (GA4)
  • Demonstrable experience of budget management to influence business decisions
  • Experience of presenting and communicating to, networking and management of, multiple stakeholders across multiple levels, both internally and with core suppliers

Desirable Skills

  • In-depth knowledge of sports betting markets, including odds calculation, betting types and market trends
  • Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry, with a strong understanding of player behaviour and industry regulations
  • Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to legal standards
  • Experience in developing and executing customer retention strategies
  • Paid Social experience
