About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mobile Acquisition Lead to join our team at Betway Group. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our mobile user base and developing strategies to optimize our app marketing roadmap.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive mobile app marketing strategy to drive user acquisition and retention
  • Manage and optimize paid and organic app activity to achieve business goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of app marketing campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to inform data-driven decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in mobile app marketing
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in app marketing, with a focus on user acquisition and retention
  • Proven track record of driving mobile app growth and revenue
  • Strong understanding of mobile advertising platforms, including Google UAC and Apple Search Ads
  • Experience with app tracking solutions and MMPs, such as Appsflyer
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
