Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Services Specialist to join our facilities maintenance team at Arcus Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering planned preventive and reactive maintenance services to our multi-site clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure Client Sites are Fully Maintained: Our ideal candidate will have time served experience across multiple trades, ideally in a building fabric role, and be able to confidently and independently carry out tasks such as patch plastering, rendering, carpentry works, and general repair work.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: As an Arcus Fabric Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring clients' sites within your area are fully maintained and operating at full potential, providing a high level of repair works and rectifying any defects to ensure our clients receive a high-quality service.
  • Work in a Varied Environment: The role will involve working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, and also include working one in four weeks on call. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a varied environment, traveling to client locations throughout your area, and delivering a high level of repair works.
Requirements:
  • Essential: Time served experience across a mix of multiple trades, ideally in a building fabric role, valid UK driver's license, experience working within a customer-facing environment, and strong communication skills.
  • Desirable: NVQ, City and Guilds, or BTEC in a building trade, and experience working within a maintenance remit for a multi-site retail client.

  • Smartphone, Tools, Uniform, and PPE: You will be provided with a smartphone, tools, uniform, and PPE, ensuring you have the necessary equipment to perform your role.
