Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Practitioner to join our team. As a Senior Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to our staff, while developing our workforce through training and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and guidance to staff
  • Develop our workforce through training and development
  • Collaborate with health colleagues and key partner agencies
  • Manage safeguarding enquiries

Requirements:

  • Hold a Social Work qualification
  • Be able to meet travel requirements

Working Hours: Monday-Thursday 8:30am-5:00pm and Friday 8:30am-4:30pm

Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum based on location and experience.
