Senior Telecoms Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our expanding Telecoms team at Fisher German LLP. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to our clients on a wide range of telecoms-related matters.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a proven track record of working in the telecoms industry, with a strong understanding of the Electronic Communications Code (ECC) and the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954. You will be responsible for advising clients on site relocations, lease renewals, and portfolio management, as well as working with clients to relocate and remove telecoms equipment from land or buildings.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on telecoms-related matters
- Work with clients to relocate and remove telecoms equipment from land or buildings
- Advise clients on site relocations, lease renewals, and portfolio management
- Work with the wider business to identify and pursue cross-divisional opportunities
- MRICS qualification (ideally)
- Proven track record of working in the telecoms industry
- Strong understanding of the ECC and Landlord and Tenant Act 1954
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and team player skills
