Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Account Executive to join our dynamic team at Recra Consulting. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional results for our clients by managing mass orders and projects within the manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met or exceeded.
- Project Management: Manage and oversee mass orders and projects from start to finish, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including production, procurement, logistics, and quality control, to coordinate project milestones and ensure efficient operations.
- Problem-Solving: Proactively identify potential issues and risks, and implement effective solutions to mitigate them.
- Communication: Provide regular updates and progress reports to clients and internal stakeholders, maintaining clear and open lines of communication.
- Relationship Building: Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, seeking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitors to identify potential business opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in account management, preferably within the manufacturing or cosmetics industry.
- Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple mass orders and projects simultaneously.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with the confidence to interact with clients and internal teams at various levels.
- Solution-Oriented Mindset: Solution-oriented mindset, with a keen eye for detail and a focus on problem-solving.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using project management software and CRM systems.
- Education: Degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
