About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Leasing Associate to join our team at Madison Brook. As a key member of our property services group, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Qualify applicants over the telephone and manage a personal database of applicants
  • Arrange and conduct property tours, receive and provide viewing feedback, and negotiate and handle offers
  • Liaise with tenants and pre-tenancy progression team on referencing, update clients on market conditions, and support the smooth running of the office
  • Generate new business opportunities and develop relationships with clients and applicants
Requirements

We are looking for a driven and personable individual with excellent communication skills and a proven ability to build relationships. Experience in the property industry is not necessary, but a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn are essential. Our ideal candidate will be self-sufficient, driven to succeed, and able to stay calm under pressure.
