We are seeking an experienced Employment Associate/Senior Associate to join our team at William James Recruitment. As a key member of our litigation team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality legal advice to commercial clients and private individuals.
Key Responsibilities- Acting on complex contentious and non-contentious employment matters with a predominantly respondent client base.
- Working with limited supervision but with the benefit of full administrative support.
- Managing a varied caseload and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and targets.
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- At least 2 years post-qualification experience as an Employment Solicitor.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage competing priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Competitive basic salary (up to £90,000).
