Solent Mind is a leading provider of wellbeing services across Hampshire, including Eastleigh, Winchester, Fareham, and Gosport, as well as the New Forest. Our Wellbeing services offer a range of support, from one-to-one sessions to courses and workshops delivered both within our centres and via digital platforms.
The Senior Wellbeing Advisor will play a key role in supporting clients through one-to-one assessments, facilitating educational courses and social/activity groups, with the aim of empowering individuals to achieve their goals in a person-centred and inclusive approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake assessments and reviews with clients to enable them to better manage their mental health and wellbeing and support their recovery.
- Facilitate structured workshops and courses alongside other members of staff/volunteers, including those from other wellbeing services and partner organisations, either face-to-face or on digital platforms.
