Project Development Specialist

We are looking for a seasoned Project Engineer to drive innovation and efficiency in our Engineering & Manufacturing department in Ellesmere Port.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will lead the introduction of new products and processes, collaborating closely with design and manufacturing teams, and developing initial manufacturing documentation including SOPs, process control cards, PFMEAs, and control plans.
Key Accountabilities- Develop and implement strategic plans for process development and improvement.
- Liaise with stakeholders to communicate industrialisation strategy and business plan actions.
- Promote industry knowledge and best practices across the organisation.
- A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in New Product launch.
- Expertise in PFMEA.
- Security Clearance required.
