Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Chef de Partie to join our team at Hamilton Mayday. As an Airport Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen section, supervising junior staff and collaborating with the Sous Chef to maintain high standards.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-volume kitchen, with strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations. They will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes, managing inventory control and ordering supplies, and adhering to food safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes
  • Manage a kitchen section
  • Ensure food items meet quality and presentation standards
  • Assist with inventory control
  • Collaborate with the Sous Chef and team members

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-volume kitchen
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
