Heels & Brogues Group is seeking a talented Senior Finance Manager to join our Corporate Finance team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate finance, with experience in managing complex transactions and delivering strategic advice to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex transactions and manage projects from start to finish.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business performance and achieve strategic objectives.

Requirements:

  • Qualified accountant with significant corporate finance experience.
  • Proven expertise in lower mid-market transactions (£5m-£75m enterprise value).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

What We Offer:

This role offers a competitive salary range of £55,000-£62,500 per annum, based on location in Newcastle. In addition to a market-leading salary, we offer a range of benefits, including a 5-week holiday allowance, private medical insurance, and a cycle-to-work scheme.
