Job Title: Factory Supervisor

Fullers Fulfilment is a leading logistics company with a strong presence in the UK market. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Factory Supervisor to join our team at our Mars factory warehouse in Slough, Berkshire.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to the Operations Shift Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse
  • Direct Team Leaders to ensure staff are competent, well-organized, and motivated to achieve high performance standards
  • Deploy operating procedures, monitor systems, and manage processes to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Take accountability for the safe and efficient operation of all MHE (Mechanical Handling Equipment)
  • Ensure full compliance with all hygiene requirements and promote good self-presentation and personal hygiene
  • Communicate effectively with other departments, divisions, customers, and suppliers to maintain positive relations and support operational efficiency
  • Supervise the activities of the export department and ensure timely and accurate reporting of issues
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of warehouse management experience
  • Effective people management skills, including team building, motivation, coaching, performance management, and communication
  • Strong leadership and direction, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Excellent organization and planning skills, with the ability to analyze problems and develop solutions
  • Sound knowledge of health and safety at work procedures and process management
  • Problem-solving expertise and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
