Autism Support Assistant - Secondary Schools

We are seeking an Autism Support Assistant to provide specialist support to learners with social communication difficulties and/or Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in mainstream secondary schools and specialist placements.

Main Duties:
  • Support learners with social communication difficulties and/or Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in mainstream secondary schools and specialist placements.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide targeted support to students, enabling them to achieve their full potential.
Salary Information:

The successful candidate will be offered a salary between £28,770 - £31,364 Per Annum, commensurate with experience.

About the Role:

This is a fixed-term position, grant-funded until 31st March 2025. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a passion for supporting students with special needs.
