Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barback to join our team at Slug and Lettuce, Edinburgh. As a Barback, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting our bartending team to raise the standards in our venue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage every guest, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Keep the bar organized and presentable, maintaining a clean and safe environment for guests and colleagues.
