Clinical Trainer Job Opportunity

Bright Selection Ltd is delighted to announce a new role for a Clinical Trainer to join our client's team in North West London. This is an exciting opportunity to drive quality within a high-quality, family-run luxury provider for their medium-sized Dementia Nursing home in the Finchley area.

About the Role

The post-holder will play a crucial role in driving quality within the home, working collaboratively with peers in other homes and the head office team to influence policy. Key responsibilities include:

  • Active NMC Registration (PIN Number)
  • Experience of learning and development and training delivery in the healthcare sector
  • Good knowledge of training methodologies, learning management systems, and e-learning platforms
  • Experience in the design and delivery of training programmes
  • Experience of delivering training using professional registration skills and knowledge
What We Offer
