Nursery: Bright Horizons Windsor Day Nursery and Preschool
Salary: Starting from £25,727.15 - £26,712 per annum (full time equivalent, dependent on qualification/s and experience)
Location: Windsor, Berkshire
We are seeking a part-time, Level 2 or above qualified Early Years Practitioner to join our Bright Horizons Windsor team. Our nursery is located in Windsor, just outside the town centre, with easy access to the M4 and Windsor Riverside and Central Train Stations.
The nursery features 4 spacious rooms, well-resourced with natural and handmade resources and furniture, as well as a great garden area where children enjoy growing flowers and fruits. Our nursery is proudly Ofsted rated 'Good'.
The nursery operates from 7:30am-6:00pm, Monday to Friday. We can be flexible to consider three or four days a week, Monday to Friday. A typical shift pattern would be 8:00am-4:30pm, 9:00am-5:30pm, 9:30am-6:00pm or similar.

Job Responsibilities- Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities, tailored to each of your key children, to encourage their development towards key milestones.
- Develop and maintain strong parent/ carer partnerships
- Promote and ensure child welfare, protection, health and safety and safeguarding
- Work with colleagues to maintain a positive, happy and safe environment
- Full and Relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification (essential)
- Previous experience working with children (ideally as a Nursery Nurse, Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Educator, or similar)
- Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child
- Ability to build trust and strong working relationships with both colleagues and parents
- Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and the wider legislative requirements for working with children
