Client Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Account Manager to join our team at Four Squared. As a Client Account Manager, you will be responsible for generating revenue and developing the profitability of our business while ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Revenue Generation: Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability of our business.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Compliance: Ensure all business activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to secure new clients and revenue streams.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on business performance and revenue growth.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and company policies, with the ability to ensure compliance in all business activities.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business or finance.
