Job Description:
The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager to join our team at C4S Search Ltd. As a Mid-Market Client Manager, you will be responsible for widening relationships into our unmanaged partner base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Uncover and position new technology and services within the unmanaged partner account base of up to 4000 accounts
- Profile accounts outside of the named partner base, with a view to finding new business opportunities in accounts that don't have a named Client Manager
- Understand and follow internal processes as well as Vendor processes
- Maintain and update customer information on Oracle CRM
- Maintain an updated CRM database for named account list
- Interaction with key internal departments, i.e. Purchasing, Finance, Product Managers and Marketing
- Adhere to company policy and work in line with the Company Quality Management System at all times
Requirements:
- Experience of selling software and hardware solutions
- Understanding of IT channel sales
- Knowledge of Siebel, Intermediate level Excel/Office/email etc
- Ability to work on own initiative or work as part of a team
- Motivated and enthusiastic
- Target driven
