Learning Facilitator for Inclusive Programs

We are seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at beBee Professionals in Chelmsford. As a member of our inclusive programs team, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special needs to achieve their full potential.
Job Description:Your primary responsibilities will include assisting students with special needs in classroom activities, implementing individualized education plans, and monitoring progress. You will also collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop effective learning strategies and provide ongoing support to students.
Key Requirements:- A minimum of 2 years' experience working with children with special needs in an educational setting.
- An Associate's degree in Special Education or a related field is required.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
£32,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
