We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic SEN Support Specialist to join our team in Chelmsford. As an SEN Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting students with diverse learning needs, working collaboratively with our experienced SEN staff to develop and implement tailored learning plans.

About the Role
  • This is a permanent full-time position in a dynamic and inclusive primary school dedicated to student-centered learning.
  • You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to create a positive and engaging learning environment, adapting lessons and classroom materials to meet the needs of all students.
  • You will participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills in SEN support and contribute effectively to our inclusive ethos.

What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience.
