Financial Operations Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Financial Operations Assistant to provide critical support to the finance team during a temporary 8-week period. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in finance and accounting, with a strong working knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
As a Financial Operations Assistant, your key duties will include:
- Processing invoices and expense claims with accuracy and efficiency.
- Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Reconciling bank statements and managing petty cash.
- Providing support during audits and month-end closing processes.
To be successful in this role, you must have a working knowledge of accounting principles and practices, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills.
