Job Title: Residential Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team at Cambian Complex Care. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people in our residential settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized care and support to children and young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other professionals.
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive living environment, adhering to our high standards of care and compliance.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children and young people in a care setting.
  • Ability to demonstrate empathy, patience, and understanding in your interactions with service users.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check and provide references.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £11.92 - £12.54 (dependent on experience/qualifications).
