About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Support Worker in our Children's Residential service. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centred care and support to children and young people, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, young people, and their families.
  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of individual care plans, ensuring the needs of each child are met.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
