Job Overview

The College Operations Director will play a key role in shaping the future of our college operations. As a senior leader within the college management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive improvements and consistency across colleges.

You will work closely with college stakeholders, both internally and externally, to ensure the effective and efficient operation of college offerings. This includes direct line management of College Managers, driving best practice through innovative and efficient solutions, and ensuring alignment with the wider collegiate vision and values.

This is a permanent and full-time role that requires flexibility, including weekends and unsociable hours as needed. You will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills and make a significant impact on the student and staff experience.

Key responsibilities include strategic operational management, direct line management of College Managers, and driving best practice through innovative and efficient solutions.

Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £58,000 per annum
