About the Role:

We are looking for a Compliance Manager to join our team at Fortuna Gaming. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring full adherence to regulatory requirements, developing policies, and overseeing compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full adherence to regulatory requirements, partnering with commercial and operational teams to deliver compliant initiatives.
  • Policies and Procedures: Develop, implement, and iterate compliance policies and procedures to align with regulatory updates.
  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing compliance team to uphold the highest standards of regulatory compliance.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Online Gambling Experience: Proven experience in online gambling and regulatory compliance, with a strong knowledge of regulatory requirements.
  • Complex Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a logical approach to complex compliance issues.
  • Effective Communication: Effective communicator, capable of translating regulatory concepts into actionable business practices.
