Manchester-Based Pre-Construction Project Coordinator Opportunity

The Russell Taylor Group Ltd is a leading construction services company with a strong presence in the UK market. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Pre-Construction Project Coordinator to join our team and support our bid management function.

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to join our team and contribute to the success of our bid management function. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating bid-related activities, maintaining accurate records, and providing administrative support to our bid team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate bid-related activities, including document preparation and distribution
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of bid progress and outcomes
- Provide administrative support to the bid team, including preparing meeting minutes and agendas
- Assist in the development of bid strategies and proposals

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in administration or a related field
- Proven track record of providing exceptional administrative support
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

What We Offer:
- Competitive salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
