Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Nursery Manager to lead our team at N Godalming, a purpose-built nursery in the heart of Surrey. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care, education, and customer service, while driving business growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of early years professionals to deliver exceptional care and education to children aged 0-5 years.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall quality of our services.
  • Collaborate with our leadership team to achieve business objectives, while maintaining a strong focus on customer needs and expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures, including Ofsted requirements.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and operations to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents, carers, and other stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service and retention.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range of £37,000 - £58,000, depending on experience.
  • A performance-related bonus of up to 25% of base salary, plus £1,000 for Ofsted 'Outstanding'.
