First Line Deskside Support Engineer - Contract Opportunity

Absolute Recruitment is seeking an experienced First Line Deskside Support Engineer to join a dynamic team on-site with a multinational client in Crewe. This is a 3-4 month contract with the chance to make a real impact as the client settles into their new offices.

You'll be part of a warm and welcoming environment, working with leading-edge technologies, and helping the team get off to a great start in their new space. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Responding to Service Desk tickets via phone, email, or face-to-face
  2. Daily communication with clients
  3. Assisting with PC rollouts, desk setups, and meeting room technology
  4. Maintaining client-specific documentation
  5. Identifying and suggesting improvements
Requirements:
  1. Excellent communication and customer service skills
  2. A team player who's self-motivated and improvement-minded
  3. At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
  4. Strong PC troubleshooting skills
  5. Knowledge of MS Teams and conferencing solutions
Benefits:
  1. Standard hours are 9am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, with the possibility of an early finish on Fridays
