Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Deliver Learning Strategies: Create and implement effective teaching, learning, and support plans to meet the individual needs of learners, including those with SEND.
  • Evaluate and Improve Performance: Regularly evaluate learner progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed to ensure learners meet or exceed their goals.
  • Provide Pastoral Support: Offer pastoral support to learners as required to aid engagement and achievement of their goals.
Requirements
  • Qualifications and Experience: A good standard of general education, including 5 GCSEs (English and Maths at grade C or above) or equivalent, and experience of working with learners with SEND.
  • Skills and Qualifications: AET (Level 3) or an equivalent Teaching/Training qualification, and a willingness to work towards Functional Skills Level 2 in English and Maths.
