Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at Airborne Environmental Consultants Ltd. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of all major projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning: Plan and coordinate project resources, including staff allocation and scheduling.
  • Client Liaison: Liaise with clients to understand their needs and expectations, and ensure that projects are delivered to the required standards.
  • Project Monitoring: Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and team members.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve project-related issues, and implement process improvements to prevent similar issues from occurring in the future.
Requirements
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and able to learn new software and systems quickly.
  • Commercial Awareness: Understanding of commercial principles and able to make informed decisions to ensure project profitability.
