People Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled People Advisor to join our team at Sony Interactive Entertainment. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support to our employees and ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide professional support to employees in the EMEA region, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Manage cases in our ServiceNow platform, ensuring that all interactions are documented and resolved in accordance with our SLAs.
- Coordinate family leave and flexible working requests, working closely with managers and employees to ensure seamless transitions.
- Administer benefits processes, including long service awards and games code allocation, ensuring compliance with our policies and procedures.
- Conduct pre-employment checks, verifying references and right to work documentation to ensure compliance with our screening policy and Home Office requirements.
- Maintain accurate records in Workday and other HR systems, adhering to data protection regulations and ensuring that documentation is stored securely.
- Develop strong relationships with colleagues, partners, and the People team, promoting a culture of fairness and good practice.
- Proven experience in a PX/HR Advisory role, with exposure to HR processes, policies, and best practices across multiple countries in the EMEA region.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in one or more European languages.
- Demonstrated understanding of HR legal principles for the UK and rest of EMEA, with the ability to lead processes and projects with consistency.
- Systems knowledge of Workday or ServiceNow is highly desirable.
