As our Lead Nurse for Infection Prevention and Control, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients and staff, working collaboratively with our teams to identify and address areas for improvement.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced nurse leader who is passionate about infection prevention and control. You will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our Infection Prevention and Control plans, working closely with our DIPC to ensure that all aspects of our service are aligned with best practice. You will also provide expert advice and guidance to support the development of new builds, remodels, refurbishments, and redesigns, and work closely with our senior leadership teams to develop managers and team leaders.

The estimated salary for this position is around £80,000-£100,000 per annum, depending on experience. We welcome applications from candidates with a strong track record of leadership and management within the NHS, and a Master's degree or equivalent, a Registered Nurse qualification, an ENB 329 or equivalent Infection Control qualification.
