Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated individual to assist the Aftersales Manager in the effective management of our Service Department. As an Assistant Aftersales Manager, you will be responsible for maximising the use of available resources, ensuring the highest level of customer service, and driving the standard in customer care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Aftersales Function: Assist the Aftersales Manager in the management of the Service Department, ensuring that all aspects of customer care are met.
  • Maximise Resource Utilisation: Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste, ensuring that the department is run in the most effective manner.
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Provide a positive impression of Rubber Duck Cars to our diverse customer base, delivering the most positive customer experience possible.
  • Anticipate and Meet Customer Needs: Identify customer needs and take responsibility for resolving customer problems, building long-term profitable relationships.
