We are seeking an experienced Car Sales Executive to join our team at our Essex dealership. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful privately owned dealer group and work with a variety of high-quality vehicles. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers, and building relationships to drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective customer engagement and negotiation.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and product knowledge to make informed sales decisions.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and support each other in achieving success.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in car sales or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ambitious and driven, with a strong desire to succeed in sales.
- Well-presented and professional in appearance and demeanor.
- A strong customer-focused background, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- A full clean manual UK driving license.
